In a blender put coriander, cumin, shrimp, oil, green chili, onions, galangal, garlic and lemongrass and top off with some fresh herbs. Then blend everything together into a flavorful mixture of spices. Then put a pot on the stove and heat up some oil in it and add your spices mixture. To mild the taste add some coconut milk and water. Then put the cubes of chicken in it, beans and lime leaves. Let everything simmer for a while until it cooks. Pour some fish sauce and spring onions at the end. Then pour everything into a bowl and you can serve it hot. It will be so flavorful and delicious! Surely everyone will enjoy it!
