In a bowl mix crumbled biscuits and butter to make the base of your cheesecake. Put the base in a round tray and bake it in the oven. In another bowl mix eggs, cottage cheese, a bit of salt and sugar. For extra flavor you can also add vanilla powder and lemon juice. Pour your cheese cream in the tray on top of the base and then add some strawberry jam on top. It looks amazing and it tastes delicious, to be sure.
