Barbie is in a lot of pain, she has gotten herself an ear infection and you are the only one who can help her heal. First take some tweezers and try to clean the outside part of her ear. Then take some special utensils to clean the inside part. Dip a cotton ball in disinfectant solution and spread it around her ear. For the small wounds you can use some bandages and leave them there for a while, until they completely heal. Then you can take care of the infected red lobe with a special solution. But you have to go even deeper than that, so take your microscope and investigate the deep end of her ear and take care of all the evil bacteria there. You can use some special lasers and vacuums for this surgery. Barbie can hear a lot better now and her ear doesn't hurt anymore. Have a blast!
