Bonnie Superhero Ear Problems

As a superhero, Barbie has to fly a lot which kind of gives her some hearing problems. So she has come to you as her favorite ear doctor to help her solve them. It seems she has a lot of liquid inside which you will have to remove with a suction pump. Use a syringe to remove cists and to kill bacteria in her ear that could cause infections. There are some broken veins in there that should be fixed immediately and then use a cotton ball and gently clean up all the wax and other messy stuff you find in there. There are also some microscopic bugs leaving inside her ear which you should exterminate and finally pluck out the hair in her ear with a pair of tweezers, purely for esthetic reasons.
