Super Barbie is always out saving the city and just being a hero in general, but because of that she gets injured a lot. Her health is very important, so she has to visit the doctor regularly to make sure everything is fine. You are a nose doctor and today she has come to you to check her up. Start by enlarging her nostrils so you can see better and use a cotton ball to clean up the blood that might come out. Use a laser machine to eliminate all the viruses that can cause her to get sick. Clean up the mucus as well, so she can breathe easier. Use a syringe to remove all the cists that are starting to form inside her nostril and finally use a pair of scissors to cut out the nose hair.
