This super delicious French dessert is one of our favorite, not only because it's incredibly tasty, but also because it is very easy to make. So whenever you are in the mood, you can just whip it out fast. Start by putting a pan on the stove, boil some water and in it add butter, a pinch of salt, flour, eggs and sugar. Separately melt butter with chocolate. Take your dough, put it in a éclair shape in a pan and bake it in the oven. It doesn't have to stay long as it will grow and get very light and fluffy. Cut it in half and fill it up with cream which you can make from whipped cream with sugar. Then pour the melted chocolate on top of your éclair as the ultimate topping.
