Christmas Pudding Cake Pops

It's Christmas and you surely want to impress your friends with some delicious treats, that look the part but also are sweet and tasty. How about some Christmas Pudding Cake Pops? You can decorate them to look appropriate for this great holiday and they are pretty much like a cake on a stick, tasting great and being very practical. Melt some white chocolate on bain marie and in a food processor mix some cake mix, lemon zest and the melted white chocolate. Use your spoon to get scoops of white balls and put them on a tray. Insert sticks in the scoops and then melt some dark chocolate. Dip your cake pops in dark chocolate and then pour some melted white chocolate on the tips. Decorate them with some holly leaves.
