We know you love desserts and the French ones are probably the most sophisticated and delicious, but challenging to bake as well. Are you up to the task? Let's make some amazing eclairs! Start by preheating the oven, then putting foil paper in a tray and spraying it with oil. Put a pot on the stove and fill it with water, add some melted butter, flour and salt. Then take the mixture off the stove and blend it with eggs. Now take the batter and squeeze it on the tray in long shapes of eclairs. You can also use a special tray with the shapes incorporated, which could be very helpful. Bake them in the oven. In a new bowl mix sugar, eggs, flour, warm milk and vanilla extract. Cover the bowl up and let it cool in the fridge, then cut the eclairs in half and fill them up with the cream. Finally make some chocolate icing and frost them. Have a great time!
