Do you want something healthy and refreshing for lunch? There is nothing better than a vegetable salad. You will have to prep all the vegetables first. Chop the cabbage in tiny pieces, cut the turnip leaf very small, chop the broccoli, tomato and the onion and slice the cucumber and the carrot. Heat some oil on the stove and fry the beef which you also spice with salt and pepper. Chop the cooked meat as well so it can be easier to eat. In a bowl mix mayonnaise with the onion and spice with red wine vinegar, sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Now put another pan on the stove and heat up all the vegetables with spices. Now put them all in a salad plate, add the dressing and the meat and you have a delicious salad ready.
