In the first month of the year we all wish to eat a bit lighter, so a soup is spot on to making our stomach feel better. But you still want it to be delicious, so a creamy mushroom soup might just be the answer for you. First you have to go to the store and buy all the necessary ingredients. Then start prepping the vegetables. Dice the celery, the onions, the mushrooms and the garlic. Put oil in a pan on the stove and stir in it all the diced vegetables and the parsley. Then in another pan on the stove heat up some vegetable stock, spice it up with salt and pepper and add pure cream to make it creamy. Add all your vegetables in it and let them boil for a while. Put your soup in a bowl to serve it and decorate with nuts or carrots and a side plate of vegetables. Have a wonderful time playing Creamy Mushroom Soup!
