Crunchy Sugar Cookies

Sugar cookies are not only incredibly tasty, but they are also practical. You can take them everywhere, you can eat them in your room while reading a good book, at lunch break as a sweet dessert or share them with your friends in the park as a quick snack. And they are also pretty easy to make! In a bowl mix some butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. In another bowl blend this mixture with flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin foil and use a cookie cutter to cut round shapes. Place them in a tray and let them bake in the oven until they get a beautiful golden shade.
