DIY Grandma's Dress Refashion

Our girl's grandma offered her three items from her wardrobe. Of course, they are very old fashioned, but maybe she could use her skills to modify them and get a fabulous outfit! So she decided to pick an old gray dress with a white collar, a green small handbag and a pair of yellow shoes. Start with the dress, which is way too big for her. Dye in a new brighter color of your choice and start decorating it with stamps, lace, pearls, glitter, beads, gems and bows. Then take the shoes and glue on the heals back, and customize them with a paint brush and paint and accessories.
