In a bowl mix some flour, salt, olive oil and eggs. Knead the dough and roll it with a rolling pin and in another bowl mix cream cheese, grated cheese, eggs and parsley. Fill a pot with water, add some salt and put it on the stove. Use a knife to cut your dough in squares and then put the cheese mixture in the middle of each square and cover them up with another dough piece, making sure you seal them on the edges.
