Fancy Girl Shopping

I have to go to a fancy party tonight and how to look at my best and for that I definitely need something new! So, would you like to go shopping with me at the mall? I really can't decide if I should wear a mini-dress or a chic combo so please help me choose the right outfit. How about my hair? Maybe I should change my hairdo, too?
