It has been a while since I made some fried fish, but today I'm going to cook it no matter what! I decided that a little fried flounder would make my perfect meal, so would you like to help me? Then let's start preparing the flounder to be cooked peeling off the skin, cutting it into not too large nor too small pieces, seasoning it with enough salt and pepper and covering it up with flour. Sounds like a lot of work but once you'll start fulfilling all the required steps you'll instantly notice that is so easy and so much fun! Well it seems that my meal it's almost done! You've properly prepared the filet and now we'll only have to fry it! Simply delicious!
