Let's be real, who actually likes going to the gym? Of course, the results are great, but Sarah is surely getting bored doing the same exercises over and over again. Help her take it easy, but watch out for her personal trainer who will get very upset if he sees Sarah slacking! There is a big treat ball where she can look for hidden candies and keeping them for later, she can hop around on an exercise ball, which is very entertaining, she could throw cupcakes at big muscle guys when they are not looking, talk on the phone with her girlfriends for minutes, kick some punching bags and relieve herself from the stress of healthy food, brush her hair that has gotten a bit curly from all this working out and order a pizza when she gets really hungry.
