Hawaiian Summer Wedding Cake

As a baker you will get lots of clients asking you to create customized cakes and you have to try and satisfy all their requests. On this beautiful summer day you have to decorate a wedding cake for a couple that is getting married in Hawaii. So start by choosing the color of the frosting and topping for all three layers. Then on the sides of the cake place some underwater inspired decorations. On the sides you can go with whipped cream, cherries or small palm trees and surf boards. On the top of the cake create a small island with a palm tree on the side, a lovely wedding arch and a bride and groom couple. Then place gorgeous flowers going down the cake in cascade.
