Blend some oates, egg white, cottage cheese, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree and maple syrup. Put a pan on the stove and some coconut oil, which is the healthiest oil out there. Take spoons of your batter and put them in the pan separately. Wait a few minutes and then turn them on the other side. They should get a delicious golden brown color when they are ready.
