Use a lamp that you can drag around and turn it on at your convenience to see better. First you have to fill out his mouth with water to hydrate his teeth and then remove it with a suction pump to be able to work. For the deeper cavities you will have to use a drill, for the superficial ones it is enough if you use a probe. Polish all the teeth after you are done. The black ones cannot be saved, so you have to take them out and replace them with newer and better ones. Then brush the teeth to make them all white and shiny.
