Are you interested in cultural cuisine? How about a Jewish dessert? The Challah is usually eaten on Sabbath or other special holidays and it tastes delicious. But your experience should not stop at eating it, you should also try to learn how to make it. In a bowl mix some flour, sugar, a pinch of salt, honey, yeast, butter, eggs and a glass of water. Knead the resulted dough with your hands, cover it in the bowl and leave it in a warm place until it rises. Knead it again, cut small pieces of it and roll them in long thin pieces of dough. Take three of them and braid them together, then put them in a tray. Repeat until you get two pieces of Challah and leave it again to rest under a warm cover. Spread some beaten egg and some sesame seeds before putting them in the oven. Enjoy playing Make Challah!
