Make Zucchini Bread

Bread is one thing that you can never go without, but it comes in so many different types that you almost forget about the fact that you can always add flavors to it. And aren't you just craving for that hot fresh bread just out of the oven? Why don't you make one yourself and you can even make it a zucchini bread? First cut the zucchini in small slices and put it in the blender to mince it well. Beat some eggs and mix them with sugar, lemon zest, soy sauce and the zucchini. In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt and different spices. Finally combine your two mixtures and pour the result into a silicone baking tray. Bake it in the oven until you get a gorgeous hot bread. Put it on a serving plate and cut it in slices before serving. You can eat it alone as it is very flavorful, or as a side for any dish.
