Mia is ready to cook a wonderful breakfast for her family and because it is summer she wants to make a fruit pancake. Can you join her? Start by chopping up some green apples and peaches. Then make the batter by mixing egg and milk, then add flour, the chopped fruits and a mixture of different dried fruits. Put a pan on the stove, heat some oil in it, then put a spoon of batter, cover it up and in a short time your pancake will be ready. Repeat this step until you run out of batter. Take a glass of sugar syrup and in it add some cinnamon, cloves and vanilla to spice it up and make it flavorful. Pour it over your pancakes, then decorate with whipped cream, slices of peaches, some mint sprigs and fresh raspberries. Mia's fruit pancakes are done and ready to serve! Good luck!
