Something very light and flavorful for a sunny weather. You will have to start by boiling some peaches in hot water then cut them in slices. Take a rolling pin and use it to make some sweet pastry into a thin layer and also a piece of white marzipan. Take a tart tray, put your pastry in it, the marzipan on top, fill it with a cream that you have previously made from eggs, whipped cream, sugar, ground cinnamon and then put the peaches on top.
