First you need the pastry and all you have to do is mix some sweet short crust pastry with crushed pecans, for that extra flavor and crunch. For the filling you have to steam the pumpkin and then press it to remove the excess water. Whisk the eggs with an extra yolk and in another bowl mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, ginger and double cream. Pour your mixture over the egg and blend everything with the pumpkin. Put the filling into your pastry case and bake in the oven. Let your pumpkin pie cool down before serving it. Have a great time!
