Mia wants something very healthy and fresh to eat, but delicious at the same time. She is really craving a tasty tomato soup, but she has never made one before, so maybe you can help her out. You will have to prep your ingredients by peeling onions, carrots and garlic and then chopping, dicing and crushing them. Also chop some celery and you have all the vegetables. Except for the fresh but ripe tomatoes, which you will have to cut in half. In a hot saucepan heat up some oil and then cook in it all the delicious vegetables. Then cover them up and let them cook gently until the get very soft. Over them add the tomatoes and spice everything with sugar, salt and pepper. Then add the stock and let it boil until it gets liquid and soft. Fresh shredded basil will taste great with tomatoes. Have a great time!
