Pajama Hero Makes Risotto

Superheroes can do a lot more than just save the day, they could help out with the house chores as well. For example, the Pajama Hero really loves to cook. So if you decide you want to be a superhero yourself, maybe you can learn from him. How about making risotto? It's a refined dish, but quick to make. Start by heating up some olive oil in a pan, add butter and cook mushrooms. Add onions and garlic and spice with thyme, pepper and salt. Then you can add the rice, wine and cherry and complete with chicken stock. Stir and cook until the rice absorbs all the liquid. Right before turning off the flame add cream and fresh parsley.
