Pony Birth

Two of the My Little Pony characters are in love and have decided to start a family. So help Twinkle Star, who is now pregnant, to give birth. First you have to use a stethoscope and see if the baby's heart beatings are normal. Then give her an injection to numb the pain and get her to sleep. Cut her belly and pull the baby pony out. Then cauterize the wound to make it go away. Weight the newborn baby pony and wrap it up in a blanket. Then you can give it to his mother so she can care for him and love him. The two parents are extremely proud of their new family. And they are very glad you were there to help them.
