Rapunzel Rainbow Dress

Experiment with paint brushes that can be used to make gradients and rainbow effects and create a custom dress for Rapunzel with a three-layered top and a variety of puffy skirts. Some of the designs on the bustier are in the style of Arendelle fashion.
