Raspberry Chocolate Cakes

Raspberry are one of the most perfumed fruits and they have a great sour taste that goes well with chocolate. So why not make some amazing raspberry chocolate cakes for your friends to enjoy? In a sauce pan melt some butter, sugar and cocoa and in a bowl mix eggs, flour, almonds, the cocoa mixture and milk. Pour your batter into a heart shaped pan and the cocoa mixture on top of it. Now leave it in the oven until it becomes a wonderful cake sponge. Separately melt some chocolate with cream and spread this chocolate frosting all over your cake. Decorate with some fresh raspberries which will add a fun element to the look of your cake, while at the same time they will balance the sweetness of the chocolate and will add an extra layer of flavor.
