Safron Stuffed Mushrooms

What are you having for lunch today? Do you want to cook something simple and delicious? We have just the recipe for you! Safron Stuffed Mushrooms are very flavorful and just delicious. In a bowl mix blue cheese with pears, walnuts, salt and pepper. In a different bowl mix bread crumbs, butter, garlic, parsley and parmesan. Add salt and pepper in the second mixture as well. Melt butter in a pan and cook apples, chicken livers and onions in it. Add a bit of wine to sauté the mixture. Then take some big mushrooms, tip off their tail and cook them in butter.
