Poor Santa spends his entire day out in the cold and that has caused him some breathing problems lately. Can you treat him so he can feel better for when Christmas arrives? Start by enlarging his nostrils and spraying some water for hydration. Use a pair of scissors to cut the hair in his nose and a pair of tweezers to gently pluck out the single pieces of hairs. Don't worry if he starts bleeding, you can wipe his nose with a soft towel. Use a cotton ball to clean the mucus in his nose. Use a syringe to remove the cists in his nostrils and then use a microscope to kill and clean the nose from viruses and bacteria. When you are done Santa will feel so much better and he will be able to breathe smoothly the entire Christmas evening. Have an amazing time playing Santa Nose Doctor!
