Sara loves to cook and teach others and today she want to take you to the next level and help you create something unique: wedding cupcakes! They can be served instead of the wedding cake or given to the guests at the end of the wedding as a sweet souvenir. In a bowl start mixing eggs and sugar, then add oil, raisins, buttermilk, vanilla beans and carrots. In another bowl mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Then combine everything into a single delicious batter, along with cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Pour the batter into muffin cups and bake them in the oven. For the frosting you need butter, sugar, vanilla beans and cream cheese. Cut it, appl y it on your cupcake and then decorate with sugar figurines.
