First you need some very fresh ingredients and the only way to make sure of that is to go fishing yourself! For all the other ingredients you can go shopping in the market. Start making the pasta by mixing flour and eggs, kneading the dough and then letting it rest in a warm place. Then heat some oil on the stove and mix chopped leek with salmon. Then add some chopped parsley and chives, grate some parmesan cheese on top, an egg and spice with salt and pepper and mince them all together. Roll the dough and get it through the pasta machine to make a thin foil, then use some ravioli shapes to cut it in squares. Fill it up with salmon mixture and boil them.
