Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Pies are my favorite dessert, because they are sweet and savory at the same time and because you can be very creative when making them. They come in so many combinations that is impossible to ever get tired of them. Today I am craving a yummy strawberry rhubarb pie, but I want you to make it! I will help you with the recipe and you will see it is not that hard. Stat by cutting the rhubarb and the strawberries into small pieces and then add tapioca flour, salt, eggs and sugar into a bowl and flour, salt, butter and oil into another bowl and mix well. Shape the dough ad put it in the pan. Then place the filling of rhubarb and strawberries on top of the dough and top it off with the flour mixture. Put the pie in the oven and when it is baked you are done! Enjoy!
