When you say summer food you surely think about grilling. Just imagine the beautiful smell of a grilled meat with vegetables on a hot summer day in nature and you will start to drool instantly. That season is here again, so let's go shopping! To have some diversity to your main proteins, choose beef, sausages and chicken wings. Season them with salt and pepper. Then take some skewers and put small pieces of beef and onions. Take some eggplants, slice them in two, add oil and then take everything you have prepared and put them on the grill. Once they are on, you can add some hot sauce to everything. Make sure you let them grill on both sides, and once they get a nice brown color, take them off and put them on a plate. Finally decorate your picnic table before tasting your grilled goods. Have a blast!
