Talking Angela Cooking Session

Talking Angela is ready for a fantastic cooking session and she has invited you to join her. Angela loves cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients, so because it is fall she has decided to make a scrumptious pumpkin pie. First you have to go shopping and buy all the ingredients you need. Take the pumpkin cut in pieces, put it in a tray, cover it with aluminum foil and bake it in the oven until it gets nice and soft. In the meantime, put the pie dough in a round tray, press it down, use a fork to make small holes in it so it can cook thoroughly, then put a foil on top, put some beans to prevent it from growing and bake it in the oven. In a bowl put your baked pumpkin and mash it up, then add cardamom, cream, eggs, lemon peel, brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Pour the entire filling in the pie crust and bake it in the oven again. Complete by decorating it. Enjoy playing this game!
