Take a pair of pliers and remove the nails in the tires. Then use a pump to put air in them again and make them ready to roll. Use a squeegee to clean up the windows very well, as they are splattered with dirt. The car also needs a new door, because the old one was broken. It seems the car also has a big scratch on the front hood, you could repair that with some red paint. Thanks to you the car looks flawless now and is ready to take the streets by storm.
