It is great to always try new dishes so you can break out of the routine as often as possible. How about making a flavorful Turkish dish today? The stuffed grape leaves are very savory and everybody loves them once they get a taste! Start the prepping part by chopping the onion, tomatoes and parsley and cutting the lemon in half. Then add a pan on the stove, add cooking oil and olive oil and in the put the onions until they get soft, then add the tomatoes, parsley, black currant, dry mint, salt and rice and stir them all together. Finally add some hot water and let them all boil. Now take some pickled grape leaves and fill them up with your rice and vegetables mixture and roll them up. In a pan make a bed of pickled leaves, add the stuffed rolls, slices of lemons and another layer of leaves, then water and let them boil. Enjoy!
