Vegan food is very healthy and it can also be very delicious if you cook with care and fresh ingredients. You don't have to go vegan all the way, but you can start with just one day if you want. Should we try it? Start by cutting some colorful bell peppers in thin slices. Choose red, green and yellow peppers. Also chop some onions, ginger and garlic. Then put a pot on the stove and some oil in it and add all your vegetables. After they get a bit softer add to the mix some carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, broccoli, green beans and celery, all finely chopped. Spice things up with salt and pepper. Put your delicious vegan food in a serving bowl and your meal is ready! It was so easy to cook and it is really tasty, so you can make it as much as you want. Enjoy!
